Our Client a regional player in the energy sector with outlets across the East Africa Region is looking to hire for a Café Manager to manage one of the outlets based at a service station in Kampala.
Overall Duties
To manage an eatery outlet based at a leading services stations in Kampala for both in person patronage and for delivery services within in Kampala
Responsibilities
Design and implement customer experience strategies that wow our guests and set us apart from the competition.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, memorable experiences for our customers.
Anticipate customer needs and proactively address challenges to ensure satisfaction at every stage.
Make routine reports on Café Operations
Train and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service consistently.
Co-ordinate the food delivery processes, ensuring speed, accuracy, and outstanding customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Skills
Exceptional service skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
High end restaurant experience or 6+ years in the hospitality industry, where you've honed your craft in delivering world-class customer experiences
A passion for innovation, creativity, and thinking outside the box.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Education Qualifications
Minimum Certificate in business administration, Food, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
