Contract Period: Two (2) Years

Responsibilities

  •  Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients.

  •  Monitor and assess patients' medical conditions, vital signs, and overall well-being.

  •  Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

  •  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.

  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

  •  Document all nursing interventions, observations, and progress notes.

  •  Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

  •  Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.

  •  Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding their care plans.

  •  Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care.

  •  Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.

  •  Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.

  •  Participate in health promotion and awareness activities within the community.

  •  Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety standards.

  •  Implement and follow established procedures to ensure a safe healthcare environment.

  •  Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in Nursing

  •  Valid nursing practice license

  •  Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a General Nurse

  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  •  Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment

  •  Female, 25 – 35 Years old
