Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients.
Monitor and assess patients' medical conditions, vital signs, and overall well-being.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Document all nursing interventions, observations, and progress notes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members.
Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding their care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
Participate in health promotion and awareness activities within the community.
Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety standards.
Implement and follow established procedures to ensure a safe healthcare environment.
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Valid nursing practice license
Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a General Nurse
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment
Female, 25 – 35 Years old
