Real Estate Sales Agent





As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing potential leads, and guiding clients through the selling process. You will utilize your knowledge of the local real estate market, negotiation skills, and customer service abilities to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience to our clients. This position offers a retainer, communication and a competitive commission-based compensation structure, providing ample opportunities for financial success. Transport will be provided by the company.


1.Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients through prospecting, cold calling,    referrals, and other lead generation methods.

2.Assess clients' needs, preferences, and financial abilities to propose suitable residency solutions.

3.Provide detailed information on the residency property, including features, pricing, and neighborhood amenities.

4.Guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.

5.Prepare and present purchase offers to buyers, and facilitate effective communication for the buyers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

6.Coordinate property viewing and other necessary steps to ensure a smooth and timely closing process.

7.Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide accurate and reliable advice to clients.

8.Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and follow ups on repairs installations.

9.Attend industry events, seminars, and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and skills.


1.Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or a similar role in the real estate industry.

2.Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including current pricing trends, property types, and neighborhood characteristics.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

4.Demonstrated sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

6.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

7.Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing contracts, documents, and other paperwork.

8.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules.
